Started off great, then Rates increase with little to no explanation took several calls and numerous texts and 3 people with different stories to try and review reasons. The final email explanation did not clarify or math up. Customer service return calls were inconsistent. I went to a competitor (who sent them a cancellation notice and 20 days later SF still billing me!) Competitor saves me over 2400 dollars per year on 3 vehicles than I was paying for only 2 vehicles with SF. Do your homework and price shop."
